DOMESTIC ORDERS
The Skynn Societe ships domestically using a trusted courier service. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times to regional areas may be longer than those to metropolitan areas. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.​

DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility, and The Skynn Societe has no control over them. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring the products comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country. Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, which could result in the opening of your package.​

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched via Australia Post, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or link to monitor your delivery. If your parcel is expected to be delivered within one business day, Australia Post may send you a text message instead of an email notification.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS
It is imperative to follow the usage instructions on the product label or follow as directed by your dermal therapist and/or clinician. In the unlikely event of skin irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately, take photos and contact us as soon as possible. If the reaction is confirmed to be caused by the product, we will offer an exchange for another product. For allergy related returns, the product must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
