BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment at The Skynn Societe you are agreeing to our booking and cancellation policy.
Please ensure you arrive 10mins before your appointment time to ensure you have filled out all correct consent forms for treatment.
CANCELLATION
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Unfortunately, if we do not receive sufficient notice, the booking deposit will be forfeited. Due to our high demand and waitlists, we are unable to make exceptions. If you are feeling unwell and unable to attend your appointment, we’re happy to accommodate a substitute in your place.
Note: Our online booking system automatically requires a deposit. If you have an existing deposit on file, you can either call or email the clinic directly to arrange your booking or redeem both deposits in clinic at your convenience.
RUNNING LATE
If you're running late for your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, we may need to adjust your treatment or reschedule to ensure we don’t impact other clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
